Blimpy Burger was founded in 1953 with the idea that burgers should be fresh, reasonably priced (“cheaper than food”), and made to order. We’re carrying that tradition forward by bringing in the best quality, local meats and making our specialty grind everyday. We grill up our burgers while you wait, however you choose. The result is a burger that is undeniably Blimpy.
Double, Triple, Quad or Quint?
There are some really important things to know about our burgers. First, each one of our patties is portioned out at 1/10 lb. If you can’t do the math, that means that a “Double” is equivalent to 3.2oz, or 1/5 lb. And if you’re up for the challenge, a “Quint” is 8oz—that’s a half-pound burger! But that’s nothing compared to our record holder, Nick Gavrizi, who ate 43 patties in a single sitting!
What else? We grill your order while you wait in line. We’ve got it down to a science as long as you play by our rules. Follow our instructions and you’ll have your burger in no time—skip a step and you might not hear the end of it! Study up on our ordering instructions BEFORE you step forward.
